Set in mature gardens and with views over-looking Lake Windermere - England's largest lake, yet still only 300 metres from the steamer pier and Bowness village centre, the Burnside Hotel has a truly envious position. At the Burnside you can enjoy a wide choice of bedrooms and private suites, all equipped to the high standard that you'd expect. From single persons to family groups - all are welcome. The hotel has two rooms designed specifically with the needs of the disabled guest in mind, access to the Hotel, restaurants, lounges and bar all have ramps to ensure disabled guests have access to all areas. The restaurant serves a four course plus coffee Table d'hote dinner including Chef's speciality A la carte dishes each evening from 6.30pm to 9.30pm and a large buffet breakfast every day. Silhouettes restaurant is also open for a sumptuous three courses plus coffee Traditional Sunday Lunch.
